Through integrated subjects in food processing, quality assurance, food evaluation techniques and new product development, you’ll gain the cognitive, technical and critical thinking skills needed to analyse issues and articulate solutions. You’ll also access Western’s cutting-edge food pilot plant and commercial kitchen, and be given a chance to apply your newfound skills and knowledge to a professional research project.
