The Monash Advanced Preparation Program (MAPP) offers a direct, accelerated pathway into your preferred Monash University undergraduate degree. Designed for successful Year 12 graduates who narrowly miss direct undergraduate entry, this intensive 16-week program builds your academic readiness through targeted learning and personalised support.

 

In 2025, MAPP is available through a general stream. Three specialised streams will  launch in 2026:

• Business and Commerce
• Arts, Social Science and Education
• Science, Technology, Medicine and Health Sciences

 

Through MAPP you’ll deepen your knowledge in key subject areas aligned with your future undergraduate degree and develop essential university skills such as academic writing, critical thinking, independent learning, and time management.

 

Delivered face-to-face in a supportive learning environment, the program is designed to give you the best possible start to your Monash journey.

 

Upon successful completion of the program, and meeting the required academic entry score and any applicable prerequisite subjects, you’ll gain guaranteed entry into the first year of an undergraduate degree at Monash University.
