The Victorian Heart Institute is pleased to extend the training opportunities for basic physician trainees (BPTs) preparing to sit The Royal Australasian College of Physician (RACP) written and clinical examination by launching BPT Cardiology in 2024.

 

Building on the six previous successful versions of the program, BPT Cardiology 2024, will be delivered both in person, at the Victorian Heart Hospital and online. BPT Cardiology provides BPTs across Australia and New Zealand with an excellent opportunity to update their knowledge in various disciplines of cardiology to assist with exam preparation as well as clinical practice.

 

Our course is based on the basic training curriculum for adult internal medicine (cardiovascular system) published by The RACP and is delivered by a broad range of sub-speciality experts.

 

We also welcome physicians looking for a comprehensive, accessible refresher for their cardiology clinical practice to register for BPT Cardiology.
