The Monash University Medication Management Review Training Program (MUMTP) is designed to train pharmacists to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to become credentialed to perform Medication Management Reviews (MMRs) in accordance with the new Australian Pharmacy Council (APC) Performance Outcomes.
