mRNA Manufacturing: Essentials Short course
To equip a workforce with the relevant skills for the emerging mRNA industry, this lab-driven course provides a comprehensive exploration of mRNA manufacturing, with a focus on vaccine and therapeutic development. The course covers the end-to-end processing of mRNA, including in vitro transcription (IVT), purification (by oligo dT chromatography, lithium chloride precipitation, tangential flow filtration), quantitative and qualitative assays of mRNA drug substance, drug product formulation (lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), LNP characterisation and encapsulation efficiency), and analytical quality control of mRNA drug products.
