Monash School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine (SPHPM) and the Personal Injury Education Foundation (PIEF) have partnered to create a unique offering that leads into a postgraduate pathway for people working in the workers’ compensation and motor accident compensation industries in Australia, New Zealand and globally. This pathway will provide scheme participants with the opportunity to enrich and enhance the depth of personal injury management knowledge and skills.

 

This ten-week course will delve into performance evaluation of Personal Injury Schemes, focusing on key statistics and outcomes in this field. Student will be introduced to best practice strategies on assessing scheme financial performance, client recovery and work outcomes. The course will explore determinants of scheme performance and industry experts will share their knowledge on how to manage scheme performance and respond to evaluations.
