Bachelor of Food Science (Honours)

Food scientists study the properties of food and ingredients to ensure their safe use and consumption. In the area of food technology and nutrition, the Food Science (Honours) degree is designed to provide you with a solid background in the food sciences and nutritional sciences to equip you for a career in industry, government, and research organisations.
