Course description

The Master of Business Information Systems develops expertise in technical, business modelling, analytical, communication, data visualisation, statistical analysis, stakeholder engagement and strategic skills. Close industry links and experience with corporate systems provide opportunities to practically apply knowledge learned. The course design also allows the choice of electives to complete a specialisation in related areas such as business analytics or project management. The Master of Business Information Systems is accredited by the Australian Computer Society (ACS), and endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
 

The Master of Business Information Systems forms the final stage in a nested suite of programs consisting of:

Graduate Certificate of Business Information Systems (GC-BIS)

Graduate Diploma of Business Information Systems (GD-BIS) ^
Master of Business Information Systems (MA-BIS)
 

^ Students are unable to enrol directly into the Graduate Diploma however it is available as an exit award. (Not available by Admission)

^ Students must complete 6 core units and 2 elective units to be eligible for the Graduate Diploma.
