Studying Creative Writing alongside English Literature gives you the chance to explore literature from a writer’s perspective and to develop your own skills – through understanding and enjoyment of some of the world’s best literature. On this course, you’ll learn to navigate digital resources, as well as how to pitch your ideas using the latest media, acquiring the kind of practical, transferable skills needed in the working world. • Take your studies out of the classroom on a range of exciting field trips; past field trips have visited The Bronte Parsonage, The British Library and Shakespeare's Globe in London.

• Establish yourself as a professional writer through our?in-house publisher, Grist Books’ Grist Creative Writing Project.
