This course integrates theory with practical application to equip students with real life management, communication, and research skills. It provides them with a broad understanding of construction management, resource management, construction technology, building regulations, financial management, health and safety legislation and environmental protection.

 

The first year of this course will be delivered to all Year 1 Construction Management, Building Surveying and Architectural Technology students. At the end of first year students can request to transfer to the Building Surveying or Architectural Technology course.
