BSc in Building Surveying
Students will develop the skills required to support the building surveying industry, including evaluating the design, specifications, and performance of buildings. The topics used to build this expertise include; BIM, CAD, Building Refurbishment, Materials Performance and Building Surveys.
The first year of this course will be delivered to all Year 1 Construction Management, Building Surveying and Architectural Technology students. At the end of first year students can request to transfer to the Construction Management or Architectural Technology course.
