This MSc graduate conversion programme provides an opportunity for construction graduates to become educated for a career in Building Surveying/Building Engineering in Ireland and abroad.

 

It has been developed as an alternative route into the Building Surveying profession other than by way of the traditional honour’s undergraduate degree. The programme is designed for graduates who wish to upskill and convert to a career in the construction Industry.

 

This new MSc in Building Surveying course addresses the qualification requirement set down by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (the Association of Building Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Building & RICS) in respect to conversion courses, which will qualify participants (subject to validation) to take the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and become chartered.
