Are you looking for a course that gives you a headstart in international business, as well as a rich cultural experience in another country? Then the BA in Global Business (Germany) could be for you.
This degree gives you the skills and knowledge you need to thrive in the fast-moving world of business. Not only that, but the course also gives you the opportunity to qualify with two degrees by the end of this four-year programme, and you’ll have the chance to gain fluency in German.
International Degree
With the BA in Global Business (Germany) you’ll spend your first two years in DCU (including a work placement in Ireland), and then your final two years in the European School of Business (Reutlingen), our partner in Germany.
While there, you’ll study through German and complete a second work placement with a German-based company. By the end of the course you will have a broad understanding of international business, and will graduate with two degrees, from DCU and from the European School of Business.
Entry Requirements
In addition to the general entry requirements for admission to the university the following entry requirements apply: Minimum of O4 or H6 in Mathematics and minimum of H4 in German.

Holders of a Higher Certificate/National Certificate in Business Studies with Merit or Distinction, who can demonstrate competence in German commensurate with one year full-time post-Leaving Certificate study, may be considered for admission into second year.
International candidates are expected to have educational qualifications of a standard equivalent to those outlined above. In addition, where such candidates are non-native speakers of the English language they must satisfy the university of their competency in the English language.
