- Enhance reflective practice and commitment to the formulation of a personal development plan (PG4).
- Evaluate business issues, problems and situations through the application of theory to case studies (PG2).
- Evaluate management issues and problems and make appropriate recommendations with respect to any course of action the organisation might take (PG3).
- Explain and critically evaluate current theory and practice in the various areas addressed in each of the three Diploma programmes undertaken (PG1).
