This Diploma in Dispute Resolution, with its particular focus on Mediation, combines an in-depth study of conflict resolution with practical skills training to equip students with the knowledge and techniques to prevent, manage and resolve disputes in a wide variety of settings and contexts.  The programme is delivered fully online and offers 30 Level 9 NFQ credits. It includes interactive online modules, including presentations from internationally renowned experts, allowing students to work at their own pace and level combined with live coaching, skills sessions and small group work. Continuous assessment will culminate with a practical Capstone Project.
