CAS is right for you if you meet any of the below criteria:

• Would like to go on to an MBA or MBA (ISP) program but your grades do not meet the minimum admission requirements.
  • The CAS is a carefully designed transition year that can help you bridge the gap between undergraduate studies and your MBA or MBA (ISP) experience.
• Have an international background and want a comprehensive introduction to the foundations of a North American business education.
  • Opportunity to upgrade your academic record and gain knowledge of North American business principles.
• Have a non-business background and would like to gain exposure to the foundations of management for the purposes of career advancement.
• Are an undergraduate student that would like to pursue the certificate alongside their degree.

Goodman CAS program at-a-glance

This program provides an overview for interested people who do not wish to proceed to a degree or those who already have a degree in a different field and interested in applying such knowledge to their initial field of study or in their career. For those who already have a degree, it can also prepare students to successfully pursue the Master of Business Administration program.

As the majority of our CAS graduates will continue into one of our graduate programs, the application review takes all aspects of your application into consideration. Candidates are selected based on their academic ability, professional and leadership experience, and future potential for achievement and success in the business world.
