Your Master's Degree for Sustainable Change
In our Sustainability Management Master's programme, you learn how to apply critical and systematic methods to address the constantly changing issues facing sustainability.
You develop the ability to understand the connections between society, ecology, and the economy in an entrepreneurial and professional context. As a result, you know how to come up with future-oriented strategies.
By dealing with sustainable finance mechanisms and other regulations related to environmental management during your studies, you understand their importance and learn to apply them in specific business situations.
You learn about digital transformation innovations such as Greentech, blockchain and frugal innovation and how to use entrepreneurship to develop sustainable business models - whether in customer relationships, supply chains or product life cycles. With your degree, you also acquire the communication skills to initiate and support change management processes in companies.
You also get to choose between:
- 2-year option (120 ECTS)
- 1-year option (60 ECTS)

Our requirements
Requirements 2-year option (120 ECTS)
University degree, e.g.
- min. 3-year Bachelor's degree in business/sustainability (if you do not have the degree certificate yet, you can also submit it before you start your studies) OR
- min. 3-year Bachelor's degree in another area + min. 6 months of relevant work experience in management/business/sustainability
Requirements 1-year option (60 ECTS)
University degree, e.g.
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in business/sustainability (if you do not have the degree certificate yet, you can also submit it before you start your studies) OR
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in another area + min. 6 months of relevant work experience in management/business/sustainability OR
- 3.5-year Bachelor's degree in business/sustainability + min. 12 months of relevant work experience in management/business/sustainability OR

FEES AND FUNDING
Your tuition fees
The tuition fees are as follows:
Citizenship | EU/EEA (incl. Switzerland, Western Balkans and Ukraine)
- 1-year version (2 semesters; 60 ECTS) | EUR 850 / month
- 2-year version (4 semesters; 120 ECTS) | EUR 800 / month
Citizenship | Non-EU/EEA
- 1-year version (2 semesters; 60 ECTS) | EUR 6850 / semester
- 2-year version (4 semesters; 120 ECTS) | EUR 6450 / semester
The amount is fixed for the entire study period.
In addition, an enrolment fee of €500 for EU/EEA students (€900 for non-EU/non-EEA students) is due at the beginning of the course.

Application process and deadlines
Please find the Application and Late Arrival deadlines here.
We are happy to welcome you to our university. This is our application process:
- You submit your online application via the SRH application portal
- If you meet the admission requirements, we invite you to a personal/phone interview
- If the interview is successful, you receive an acceptance letter and the study contract
- You sign the study contract and send it back to us
- You pay the enrolment fee (all students) and – if you are a non-EU/non-EEA student – a EUR 3000 deposit
- You receive your letter of admission
- You take part in our Welcome Week and then you are good to go!
