The Schulich Graduate Diploma in Culture, Communication & Leadership in Canadian Business provides students with an opportunity for an in-depth appreciation of cultural differences, business practices, skills and knowledge of conventions and vocabulary to effectively interact with and contribute to the organizations they will be engaged with post-graduation. This outcome is achieved with a professional development course, a selection of courses focused on communication, culture and leadership, and a placement.

The Schulich Concurrent Graduate Diploma in Culture, Communication and Leadership in Canadian Business (CCLCB) equips MBA in India students with the skills needed to succeed in a Canadian corporate environment. Grow your understanding of cultural behaviours, business practices, conventions and vocabulary to confidently interact with hiring organizations upon completion of your MBA.

The curriculum features a two-term professional development course and elective classes designed to expand your communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Apply what you’ve learned in a 12-week work placement at a Canadian organization, offering meaningful work experience before transitioning to full-time employment, post-degree.
