The Level 3 University Foundation Programme is a 120 credit qualification (equivalent to two A levels) which helps students learn key concepts and a range of management procedures required to work within a business, it has been specifically developed to provide the knowledge required for students to work effectively, both as individuals and in teams within business. Our Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Information Technology, equivalent to one A-level (60 credits), is designed to empower learners with the skills and knowledge needed for success in the IT sector or further education.

 

This qualification ensures learners gain sector-specific knowledge and acquire contemporary skills in computer systems, networks, coding, website development, mobile communications, cyber security, and business-oriented social media practices.

 

The Level 3 course comprises 6 modules and 6 written assignments. Each module entails 40 guided learning hours, supplemented by an optional 30-50 hours of recommended exercises, readings, internet resources, and self-testing exercises.
