Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program provides students with opportunities to practice as a PMHNP, meeting the requirements for advanced practice established by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. The program has had a 100% pass rate for National Certification Examinations for the last five years. Often, our PMHNP students are employed before their graduation date.

NOTE: The Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner graduate programs admit students in the fall. The priority application deadline is April 1.

• Official Transcripts (from all institutions attended other than MSU)
• Application to Nursing Program
