The Master of Arts in Human Resource Development is designed to respond to the increasing demand that various businesses have for employees with a human resources specialty. The friendly and knowledgeable professors make the small class sizes excellent environments for learning. After completing the program, students will have assembled an in-depth portfolio of knowledge and experience gained from their studies. The courses are application-based and allow for internship experiences, which afford graduates the benefit of a tailored human resources background that they can carry with confidence into the working world.
