Clinical Mental Health

The Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), a specialized accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), has granted accreditation to the Clinical Mental Health graduate program at MSU Texas. The program provides counseling students with the necessary coursework, training, and supervision required to take the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and apply for a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate License. Licensed Professional Counselors can work in a variety of professional settings, including private practice.

• Official Transcripts (from all institutions attended other than MSU)
• Application to Clinical Mental Health Program
• Non-Advanced Certificate Form
• Three Letters of Recommendation
