BSc (Hons) Real Estate (Including Foundation Year)

The Foundation Year in Real Estate forms part of an integrated four-year degree programme, and is designed for students who do not currently meet the admissions criteria for direct entry onto a degree course in subjects including BSc (Hons) Real Estate.

 

Real Estate is the cornerstone of the Built Environment. Society needs spaces in which to live and work and support the functioning of our economy.

 

The BSc (Hons) Real Estate course explores the fundamentals of the Built Environment centering on thematic pillars such as Construction, Finance, Law, Technology, and Management, with a focus on Real Estate skills such as Valuation and Asset Management.

 

The course has a strong employability focus developing insight into commercial management & enterprise and can be studied full-time as well as part-time, allowing for the opportunity to earn and learn.

 

Graduates of BSc (Hons) Real Estate would have the choice of a variety of roles across the public sector in health, education, and housing, and in the private sector in consultancies and commercial real estate firms.
