CRMN 6310 (3-3-0) Conflict Resolution Management
The Conflict Resolution Management course provides the "40 classroom hours of training in dispute resolution techniques" as specified by Texas law (Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 154.052) and includes lectures, group discussions, and many practice mediation sessions. Following completion of the course, the student will be qualified to perform actual mediations.

CRMN 6320 (3-3-0) Advanced Family Mediation
The Advanced Mediation-Family Mediation course provides the "24 hours of training in the fields of family dynamics, child development, and family law" as specified by Texas law (Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 154.052) and includes lectures, group discussions, and practice mediation sessions. Following completion of the course, the student will be qualified to perform mediations of disputes relating to the parent-child relationship (most frequently divorce and post-divorce cases).
Requisites: CRMN 6310.

CRMN 6321 (3-3-0) Advanced Business Mediation
This course examines the mediation process in various business conflicts including employment issues, personal injury, and contract. Students will gain practical experience through role playing a business mediation. The Advanced Business Mediation course provides the "24 hours of training in the fields of law" as specified by Texas law (Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 154.052) and includes lectures, group discussions, and practice mediation sessions.
Requisites: CRMN 6310.
