Our Introduction to Law Short Course is a one-of-a-kind approach to apply for a Law degree. The course is designed to prepare you to access a law degree even if you don’t have formal qualifications. This course will introduce you to the study of law and equip you with the necessary academic skills to progress on to one of the following law degrees at the University of East London. *:

 

• LLB (Hons) Law
• LLB (Hons) Business Law
• LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology
• LLB (Hons) Law with International Relations
• *some students may be offered a foundation year. 

 

With low course fees and evening class times, this course makes higher education truly accessible for people who would find traditional study options difficult to balance with other commitments. Our Law department is highly respected and balances friendly, supportive teaching with world-class research and academic expertise. 

 

The 10-week course starts in September, January, and April. Attendance is required for three hours on one session per week plus 15-20 hours weekly independent study. Students are assessed through an academic presentation and final written assessment.
