The management major is designed for those students who desire to own or manage any size organization, whether public or private, profit or nonprofit. The management major is offered only at University College. The business administration major is the alternative major that is offered at Saint Leo's Centers. Students who are awarded the B.A. in management may not earn the B.A. in business administration with a specialization in management or vice versa.

Saint Leo's Donald R. Tapia College of Business takes business to an international scale. The College develops your capacity for success with skill-building programs and events. The annual International Business Conference attracts academics and industry leaders from around the globe. The annual Business Plan Competition puts entrepreneurial spirit into action. Speakers come to Saint Leo's classrooms directly from Tampa boardrooms to share with you the latest in industry knowledge and job search strategies.
The state-of-the-art College of Business building, which opened in 2011, features the latest in eco-friendly innovation—from interactive SMART Boards and a professional broadcast studio, to locally sourced, renewable materials and water-efficient systems.
