Internships
Students gain practical, real life experience while performing an internship for credit at a host agency anywhere in the world! Our students have built up their resumes at Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, AAA Auto Club South, InterContinental Hotels Group, Tampa Convention Center, and the Tahuayo Lodge in Peru, to name a few.
Study Abroad
Saint Leo University maintains partnerships with more than a dozen international universities, and organizes for-credit, faculty-led excursions and alternative spring breaks.
Conferences
Attend hospitality and tourism-related shows and conferences, such as the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show, International Hotel, Motel + Restaurant Show, Florida Tourism Day, Southeast Tourism Society’s Spring Symposium, and Destination: Capitol Hill.
Co-curricular activities
