New Zealand Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching (Level 5)

This one-year part time qualification involves x3 20 credit courses (see below) and is completed through blended learning; a mix of online and face to face sessions. Each course contains two assignments. Enrol in the first course, complete and submit assessments online, then apply for the next course.

 

There is a two-day interactive tutorial session to start you off with each module, followed by fortnightly tutorial sessions and classroom visits thereafter, to support you.

 

This course's content has been developed and supplied by the Open-Polytechnic of New Zealand and is used under permission.

Focus on course design, assessment and moderation. This topic develops your knowledge of learning session evaluation methods, and embeds reflective practice – developing the perspectives and principles that will guide your philosophy of teaching and learning.
