Certificate in Restaurant Service

Our expert tutors will teach you how to provide excellent professional service across a broad range of food and beverage operations including luxury and upmarket venues and events.

 

Areas covered include table service, bar service and product knowledge, as well as operating procedures, effective communication and legislative compliance.

 

Note: If you do not have previous experience in hospitality we suggest that you first complete the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service with Barista and Café Services Strands (Certificate in Barista and Café Service). You can concurrently enrol in both the Level 3 and Level 4 components of the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service.

 

To meet Health and Safety requirements, applicants must be physically able to undertake the practical components of the programme in an industry emulated environment.
