With practical industry experience built into this three-year programme, as well as workplace assignments and case studies, UCOL's Bachelor of Applied Management students are well prepared for a career in business and management.

Accounting accreditation

The Bachelor of Applied Management degree has professional accreditation with Chartered Accountants New Zealand (CAANZ) and Certified Practising Accountants Australia (CPA Australia) for students who undertake the Accounting CA major.

 

Note: Currently the specialist third year accounting courses are only delivered from the Palmerston North campus. Accounting major students can choose to travel to Palmerston North to attend the classes there, or can participate through a blended delivery mode from Whanganui. Block courses may be offered each semester if required. The weekly schedule and block course dates will be available at the beginning of each semester.
