The Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Real Estate Management (Immobilienwirtschaft) is designed for graduates who want to build advanced expertise in real estate investment, development, finance, valuation, and sustainable urban development. - The Master of Science in Real Estate Management is offered as a full-time, on-campus programme at the Munich campus, with the next intake in September (Winter Semester).
- The programme is RICS-accredited and was developed in collaboration with Ernst & Young (EY) to ensure strong alignment with current industry requirements.
- Students complete a 12-week compulsory internship, an integrated semester abroad, and a consulting project, providing extensive practical and international experience.
- Eligible students may complete the programme through a Fast Track option in 3 semesters or pursue an optional Double Degree with one of ISM's international partner universities.
- Applicants must hold a recognized bachelor's degree (minimum 180 ECTS), demonstrate the required language proficiency, and successfully complete ISM's digital admission process. There is no Numerus Clausus (NC) for admission.
- The curriculum places strong emphasis on sustainable real estate, digital transformation (PropTech), ESG, investment, finance, valuation, and urban development, preparing graduates for leadership roles in the evolving global real estate industry.
