You'll learn food and beverage services skills required to work in cafes, functions in a variety of settings and develop the professional communication skills to serve customers and deal with any customer service issues. You'll also learn to work safely and to regulations in hospitality environments and when handling food and beverages.SIT's training facilities are well equipped and the tutors are very passionate about their craft.
