Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Animation
The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Animation is designed to prepare students for careers in the rapidly evolving animation, digital media, film, television, advertising, gaming, and creative technology industries. The programme combines artistic creativity with technical expertise, enabling students to master both traditional and digital animation techniques.
Students learn the complete animation production pipeline, including storytelling, character design, concept art, digital illustration, 2D animation, 3D animation, motion graphics, rigging, effects and simulation, and production management. Throughout the programme, students develop practical skills using industry-standard software while working on studio-based projects, collaborative productions, and portfolio development. A compulsory industrial internship further strengthens professional experience and employability. Eligible students may also graduate with the APUāDMU Dual Degree.
