Do you need to consult with M?ori, understand their culture, world view and language? 
The Certificate in Te Ao M?ori Leadership is designed for you. In this programme you will undertake a guided tour of critical understandings that will support you to work constructively with Iwi, whanau and hapu. Develop your confidence and learn about Te Ao (the M?ori worldview), tikanga and kawa (protocols and traditions) plus basic Te Reo. Improve your ability to understand and influence. You will also have an opportunity to ask all those questions you have, enjoy traditional M?ori food and a Marae visit.

This programme supports learning basic M?ori language, Tikanga M?ori, Consultation and understandings plus understandings about how to implement the Treaty of Waitangi in the workplace and life in order to support your ability to influence and support diversity, inclusion and equity in the real world.
