You need to complete a total of 120 points from the courses below. These courses cover gastronomic concepts, theories and approaches. If you are planning to continue to the Master of Gastronomy, you are required to complete

  • MGMT801 Research Design (15 points)
  • Or up to 30 points from approved courses from another programme
