Rathkeale College

Rathkeale College is an integrated day and boarding school for boys from Years 9 to 13. As a school of Anglican special character, Christian values underpin our expectations of academic, cultural and sporting excellence.

Rathkeale College will be recognised as a school that provides a foundation for the future needs of young men. With the support of our community, our mission is to provide a learning environment that inspires students to use their talents, knowledge and skills to be the best they can be in academic, physical, cultural, social and spiritual dimensions of life.

Rathkeale College is an Anglican school providing a unity of Day and Boarding components through programmes of worship and religious studies, upholding a strong moral code and providing a well-rounded education that promotes excellence through academic, cultural and sporting pursuits in which all students and staff are expected to participate fully.

Philosophically, Rathkeale College is committed to single sex education. However, students in the senior school (Years 12 and 13) engage in their academic work with St Matthew’s Collegiate senior students in the Rathkeale St Matthew’s Senior College based on the Rathkeale campus.
