Tauranga Intermediate
Tauranga Intermediate School caters to Year 7 and 8 students and has a roll of approximately 1,200 students. The school was founded in 1958 and is located near the inner harbor of Tauranga City. Students of Tauranga Intermediate School are a representation of our society and bring energy and enthusiasm for learning. which we are very proud of. The STARS (Safety, Team, Achieve, Respect, and Sense of humor) are our school values and underpin everything we do.
Intermediate schools are special places that celebrate the uniqueness of emerging adolescents. Tauranga Intermediate is a vibrant school catering specifically to 11-13 year olds. We model and nurture critical, creative, caring, and collaborative thinking.
