    New Zealand Certificate in English Language (Academic) (Level 4) This certificate prepares you for studies at level 6 for a certificate or diploma or, level 7 for a diploma, degree, or graduate certificate. On successful completion of this level you will be able to: Write a text under test conditions in English for an academic purpose Deliver an oral presentation in English for an academic purpose Demonstrate understanding of a spoken text and process information in English for an academic purpose Write a crafted text for a specified audience using researched material in English for an academic purpose Read and process information in English for an academic purpose
